Wrinkles are a sign of aging and to no surprise some people do not like to age real quickly. Aside from aging the wrinkles can be a cause of poor health and malnutrition also. A person’s main attractive characteristic is the face as the first thing you notice about a person is the face. People tend to maintain their facial characteristics and make it much more presentable. Jobs that require a lot of interaction with clients face to face rely on how well your face can express emotions to the other. Some of the remedies to reduce wrinkles are as follows:

Olive Oil

Olive oil is a good antioxidant that helps you to lose toxins from the skin and make it fresh and smooth again. The oil also contains vitamin A and Vitamin E that is very helpful to repair, moisturize and even regenerate the dead cells. Regular massage gives amazing results and can reduce the problem of wrinkles naturally.

Aloe Vera

Getting rid of wrinkles on the arms is easy when using aloe vera. The aloe vera contains malic acid that is very useful to reduce the wrinkles on the skin. Take some aloe vera extracts and apply it on the skin and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Then wash it off with lukewarm water. Another option is to mix two teaspoons of the extract with a vitamin E capsule and then apply it. Leave it for half an hour and then wash it with lukewarm water. Aloe vera is very effective when used in large areas with wrinkles such as hands and legs.

Using Bananas

Bananas have beneficial vitamins, mineral and other nutrients that can rejuvenate the dead skin and moisturize the skin also. Antioxidants in banana help to combat toxins on the skins and return the glowing and fresh look. Mash two ripe bananas into a paste and then apply them to the forehead area. Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it with lukewarm water.

Coconut oil

Apply some coconut oil around the area of your eyes and massage gently. The coconut oil has the quality to lift your face and make you look young and beautiful again. The helpful nutrients in the oil give vital nutrients to the skin and help to get rid of wrinkles around the eyes. It can be applied to any part of the body easily.

Rose water

Take some turmeric powder and add some honey as well as rose water to it. Make it into a fine paste. Store this in a cool and dry place for later use. You can apply the paste on the neck and face to reduce the problem of wrinkles. This paste should be applied once a week for best results.

Apple Mask

Take two slices of apple and then chop them into small pieces. Put them into a blender and add one tablespoon of honey. Blend the apple and honey into a fine paste. Apply the paste to the neck, face area and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then wash it with cold water and tap dry with the towel.

Almond oil

Do you have problems of wrinkles under your eyes? Then there is no need to worry. Take 1-2 drops of almond oil and with your fingertips, apply them under your eyes. With the fingertips gently massage that area. And you will feel that the wrinkles will go after some days of this therapy.

Eat fish

Eating fish is very beneficial for good health. Salmon especially has a high quantity of fatty acids known as omega-3. This fish helps to strengthen the body through proteins and also helps to reduce wrinkles.

Take less stress

Stress is also a factor to contribute to early age wrinkles and white hair. To avoid the problems of wrinkles, it is necessary that people take less stress in life. Stress can create a person to gain weight without realizing it. During the stress, a person might eat more and have less physical activity. Try to go on vacations and enjoy outdoors. It will relieve stress and also freshen you up.


Papaya is a very healthy fruit to eat, but what don’t know is that it is good for the skin also. Papaya contains Papain; this is very good for the skin. Take some papaya and mash it into a fine paste. Apply it to the lips and any other parts of the face. Leave it for half an hour and then wash with lukewarm water.

Egg white mask

Take one egg and separate the yolk from the egg white. Mix with one ½ tsp of honey and one tsp of lemon juice. When the mixture is like foam, then apply it on the skin. Leave the mask for half an hour and then rinse with lukewarm water and dry with the towel gently. Honey acts as an antiseptic and antibacterial while the egg white supplies the skin with protein and vitamins that heal the skin.

Drink lots of water every day

Drinking water is one of the easiest cures to wrinkles. The body and skin are made up of water as science says that cells are made up of 80% water. The water helps to get rid of toxins in the body and flush out excess impurities that can cause skin problems. Water also gives the skin a shiny and healthy look resulting in the fewest wrinkle problems.

Metal spoon trick

This technique is a temporary remedy when you are going to the party or any business meeting and want to look good. Take a metal spoon, place it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, take out the spoon and place the convex side under the eye on the skin. It will help to tighten the skin under the eyes and to reduce the wrinkles.

Cucumber mask

Blend in some cucumber and mint leaves in a blender. Add one egg white to the mix and blend it into a fine paste. Apply it on the neck and face area. Let it rest for some time and then wash with lukewarm water. The cucumber gives the skin a shiny look while the egg white tightens the skin to reduce the wrinkles.

Cabbage juice

Take about 30 ml cabbage juice in a bowl and add 1 tbsp honey to it. Apply the juice to the face once a day for good results.
